Another post about Sadie. We miss her here. But I hope to be back to our regularly scheduled blogging shortly. :-)
And for Massah-in-law, a video of Mean Sister Fig sleeping and Sadie licking her leg.
And a final one of Sadie playing.
Thank you all for your words of encouragement and support. I knew that if there were one place on earth where someone would understand what it's like to lose a beloved friend and how painful it is to work through it, it would be here - DWB. So thank you to each and every one of you who thought of us. We love you all.

Taddy, That was beautiful! Sadie was a lucky girl and you were all lucky to have known her!
Love to your whole family!!!
Lots of Licks, Ruby & Michele
It's hard to believe how we cry for the dogs we have never met in person before. Your tributes are so touching.
I haven't been blogging with Suki Su that long, but I'm on dog #7 of my life and I am finding it so amazing how easy it is to relate to dog people over the internet. Your bond with Sadie reminds me so much of my first pug, Piggy Loo, the best friend I have ever had. Losing her a few years ago was so painful and I miss her everyday! But it does get better, and I have so many fond memories of my sweet Loolabelle that are irreplaceable. I am sure that Sadie and Piggy will meet, wherever they are, and will wait to greet us with wagging tails and loving licks when we get there.
Anyhow, my thoughts are with you and I think it's safe to say that all the dog bloggers are here for you.

Tad.
This is a great tribute for Sadie.
I am sure your family is very sad right now but they have all those great memories of her.
You know I am with you and your family.
Have a good night

Hi everyone. I posted this on the last post, but it's kinda far down and don't know if you saw it so I will post it again:
Thank you everyone for your compassion and leaving your heartfelt comments. Just reading your comments makes me cry! DWB does make the grieving process easier (although it's the most difficult thing I've ever been through). Thanks again everyone. And give your doggins an extra treat (popcorn or tuna if you can, those were Sadie's favorites!) and some extra love and cherish every little moment with them. Thanks again, DWB.
leah (aka massah-in-law)

Oh Tad, that was a very beautiful tribute! And the video was beautiful too...I watched it from beginning to end. Made me tear up. You must have really loved her soo much. She was a very, very lucky girl to be loved by so many. May she rest in peace & hopefully, we all we meet her up there in heaven when the time comes.

Oh and you just HAD to use THAT song! Massah!!! I need to start wearing waterproof mascara!
I hope Fig & Tad are giving Massah-in-law lots of kisses and helping her not feel sad.
I think all of us DWBs feel like we lost Sadie :o(.
Jen
The video with the song just broke my heart and I cannot stop crying.
But somehow I know that these tears we cry will one day wash away the searing pain in our hearts and leave behind only the sweetest of memories.
coco's very sad mom
That was a wonderful touching video and a very good way for us to remember Sadie.
Your family is fortunate to have met her.
We hope you are feeling better now Tad.
