goodbye, old pal

Like everyone else, I'm having a difficult time with Oscar's death. It just makes me so sad.... I'm going to miss him so very much. This is how I'll always remember him:

His Doggles on slightly wonky due to his fluffy eyebrows, sitting in his yard, waiting for his dad to play "monster" with him, running through his tunnel, collecting balls on his walkies, carrying sitckies around with him, and being the adorable goof-ball that he consummately was.

Have fun up there, Oscar, as you wait for all of us!

Tadman,

Thanks for the tribute - very cool and very fitting for Oscar Boy.

I hope he knows how much we all loved him. Have you seen his blog? Almost 200 dogs have stopped by to offer love.

Just so you know, I love you, man!

Goober hugs,
Stanley

thanks for sharing your favorite oscar pix, tad. i am also just devastated at the heartbreaking news. he was such an incredible guy, too - so accomplished with all the awards he was always winning; so beloved among all the friends he had. my heart is very heavy tonight.

and then there's the tragedy in our own family, having to say good-bye to the beautiful sadie. i will definitely be crying myself to sleep tonight. oh and tad, give massah some extra lovin' tonight, too - she surely needs it.

lovingly, coco (& coco's mom too)
